Highway Angel is operated by Vertex Solutions LLC. We want you to love your angel wing lights, and that is why every order is covered by our 90-day guarantee.
90-day guarantee
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 90 days of the delivery date and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
How to request a return or refund
- Email us at vertexsolutions380@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Photos or a short video help us solve it faster.
- We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with the next steps. If a return is needed, we will send you the return instructions and address.
- Do not send anything back before we confirm, because returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Conditions
- Items returned because you changed your mind must be in good condition, with all included parts. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer in that case.
- If the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping or send a replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your claim is approved (or your return is received and checked), the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping costs are refunded if the item was defective, damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us with a photo as soon as possible and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it ships by emailing us. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
